We are a group of dedicated teachers and staff who are committed to improving the working conditions and professional lives of employees at Shane Eikaiwa. We are proud to be a member of Tozen Union, which is itself a member of the Japanese Trade Union Confederation (Rengo).
As a union, we stand strong in solidarity with our fellow members, fighting for fair wages, benefits, and treatment. We believe that by working together and advocating for ourselves, we can create a better future for ourselves and the students we serve.
